Advises and assists student athletes towards holistic development, including academic options and alternatives while understanding and complying with University, College, and NCAA rules and requirements. Provides tailored academic counseling to maximize student athlete potential and academic performance while balancing athletic and personal commitments.
Meredith earned her B.A. in Management from the College of St. Scholastica (Duluth, MN) and M.S. in Kinesiology (Athletic Administration) from Texas A&M University-Kingsville in 2005. While pursuing her M.S., she served as the graduate assistant for the Women’s Basketball team. Prior to joining Cal, she worked as an athletic academic advisor at Old Dominion University.
The 2014 PDI graduate, is heavily involved in the National Association of Academic & Student Athlete Development Professionals (N4A). Currently she serves on the N4A Legislative committee and the Two-year Colleges committee.
