Athletic Study Center Tutorial Program

In providing these services, the ASC works closely with other academic support units on campus such as the Student Learning Center, the academic centers in the residence halls, the Graduate School of Education, and other academic departments on campus.

Our tutors have a professional commitment to education and undergo a rigorous screening and training process that emphasizes working collaboratively with students.

Days, Hours and Procedures of Services

• Individual, group sessions and workshops: monday-thursday 6-10pm; cesar chavez student center.
• Drop-in tutoring is available from 7-9pm in the atrium of cesar chavez student center.
• Quiet study: mon – thurs, 6-10pm, mezzanine.
• All tutoring takes place during these hours in chavez center only.
• Each night, please pick up your card from the reception desk.  Check the posted group list for updates, room changes.  Don't forget to have your study group leader and/or individual tutor log your hours.  (return your card to the reception desk every night).
• During fall semester, services also offered sunday from 6-10pm.
• Computer lab hours: monday-thursday 8am-10pm and friday from 8am-5pm.
