Computers and Computer Equipment
- At the library, you can borrow laptops, chargers, usb devices, calculators and more:

studenttech.berkeley.edu/step - Which computer to buy? For students, we recommend a laptop. If you're comfortable with MacOS, then consider a Macbook Air. If you're comfortable with Windows, then there are plenty of top-5 or top-10 sites with recommendations. Consider lightweight (since you will be carrying it around all the time). We do not recommend a Chromebook.
Printing Options
- Active student athletes and ASC Tutors can print in our lab at 169 Chavez.
- Create an account with the Open Computing Facility for access to computers and free printing:
